Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns according to the Distance Selling Act, but do not accept exchanges. 

If you would like to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship back to us within 21 days of delivery.

The safe return and cost of doing so, must be paid by yourself but arranged through us using the courier that delivered to you originally

Only when the item has been received in its original condition will we issue a refund for the item within 7 days (less any costs incurred including cost of delivery and return of the item)

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
