Four Drawer Chest of Drawers in Black and Walnut

This beautiful chest with rounded corners has been fully stripped back, then carefully hand painted in “Caviar”, a beautiful rich black by Dixie Belle, and clear wax varnished to protect. The top has been left natural to show the stunning walnut grain which complements the original Bakelite handles.

The sturdy drawers have wooden bases and hand cut dovetail joints.  The whole piece has been treated to a hemp base salve with a delicate citrus scent, which restores and revives the wood.

This striking chest of drawers would fit in well alongside any neutral bedroom scheme, or alternatively would provide handy storage in a hall or dining area.

DELIVERY

Nationwide delivery is available.

We arrange delivery with one of our trusted furniture couriers - this will generally be a one-man service and help will be needed to unload the item at the buyer’s home.  If a two-man service is required there may be an extra charge. 

We charge a flat rate of £60 for delivery to mainland UK.  For Highlands, Islands and Ireland, please contact us for an accurate quote prior to purchase.

Collection is also welcome near Reading.  For smaller items we send via an insured postal courier.
