Bow Fronted Two Drawer Burr Walnut Chest of Drawers in Blue

A beautiful Art Deco piece, featuring broad rounded edges to the sides at the top, and curved relief with carved detail to the top drawer.

The chest has been fully stripped back, then carefully hand painted in “Bewitched”, a navy blue by Bunty’s. The bottom drawer has been stripped to show off the fabulous burr walnut grain and hard wax oiled. Bronze wax highlights the stunning original handles and adds a glamorous finish to the chest.

The sturdy drawers have wooden bases and dovetail joints and have been treated to a wax with a delicate citrus scent, which restores and revives the wood.

This gorgeous chest of drawers would fit in well with most colour schemes, adding Art Deco style and sophistication to the bedroom.

Nationwide delivery is available.

We arrange delivery with one of our trusted furniture couriers - this will generally be a one-man service and help will be needed to unload the item at the buyer’s home.  If a two-man service is required there may be an extra charge. 

We charge a flat rate of £60 for delivery to mainland UK.  For Highlands, Islands and Ireland, please contact us for an accurate quote prior to purchase.

Collection is also welcome near Reading.  For smaller items we send via an insured postal courier.
